Dr. Marc Dupuis has graduated from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences from University of Lausanne in 2011. From 2010 to 2013, he worked on several research projects in psychiatric epidemiology, at Department of Psychiatry and the Department of Social and Community Medicine from Lausanne University Hospital and at the University of Applied Sciences in Geneva.
He completed a CAS in research methods in psychiatry and psychopathology in 2014, and then a PhD in Psychology (2014-2018) at the Institute of Psychology from the University of Lausanne.
Dr. Dupuis has an extensive teaching experience in research methods and a large experience of cohort studies. He taught quantitative methods from 2013 to 2021 at the Universities of Lausanne and Geneva. He worked as a lecturer in public health from 2019 to 2021 and the coordinator of the MAS in public health from the University of Geneva. He later worked as a senior researcher in addiction medicine, and then as a junior lecturer in health care at the Faculty of Biology and Medicine from the University of Lausanne until August 2022.
Dr. Dupuis joined the University of Bern in September 2022. At the BIHAM, his research focuses on drug safety in the perinatal period.
