Juliane Fringeli joined the Institute of Primary Health Care (BIHAM) as a scientific collaborator in April 2023. She graduated with a Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2009 after studying at the University of Geneva. She worked as a pharmacist and deputy chief pharmacist in clinical pharmacy in several institutions and public pharmacies in Switzerland. Among others, she was involved in the development and implementation of the electronic patient record for acute cares facilities.
She joined BIHAM on a project to set up a digital tool to assist in the management of pregnant or breastfeeding patients. In parallel to this research activity with Prof. Alice Panchaud, Juliane is also a scientific collaborator for digital health at the Public Health Office for the Republic and Canton of Jura.
