Study design

Mixed-methods, sequential and participatory design involving:
• Phase 1: Quantitative questionnaires (users, pharmacists, GPs)
• Phase 2: Face-to-face interviews and observations
• Phase 3: Focus groups
• Phase 4: Nominal Group Technique (NGT)
Study populations include users, pharmacists, general practitioners, nurses, decision-makers, and other stakeholders. The approach integrates both socio-anthropological and pharmaceutical perspectives.
